Sample Reports

Many of the jobs BSCS do include an audit and report of the property detailing areas which are energy inefficent. Thermal images are used to illustrate problem areas, along with analysis of systems such as Underfloor Heating to ensure these systems are both installed correctly and used correctly to ensure the client is getting the most out of their heating systems.

A Commerical BSCS report in PDF format. This report is more technical than the home owner report. It is generally used as a tool by the commerical developer to help highlight problems which can then be resolved by consultancy between BSCS and the client. This report is a sample only and omits some of the detail and analysis a commisioned report would include.
